Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the header of the website. Orders may not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email (or SMS text message when applicable) with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Palmer Jack is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at kmeents@palmerjack.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issues.
